SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our order processing time is 1-2 business days for all in-stock merchandise. Please note that all timelines exclude Saturdays, Sundays and certain Holidays. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse for fulfillment, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Our orders are processed through the warehouse quickly, so if changes need to be made to your order after purchase please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
Standard shipping times are as follows:
USPS First Class (3-5 Business Days)
UPS 3 Day (3 Business Days)
USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
UPS Air (1-2 Business Days)
WHEN ORDERING FIREARMS:
Firearms must be shipped to a licensed dealer of firearms. After you place your order, you will need to have the gun shop of your choice email a copy of their FFL (license) to email@example.com. The subject line of that email should contain your order number. Your order WILL NOT ship until we receive a valid FFL copy.
Failed background checks: There will be a 25% restocking fee for all controlled items returned due to a failed background check or a denied underage purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns (excluding Barrels and Firearms): There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items. Returns must be within 30 days of date of invoice. Items returned in used, damaged or compromised condition will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No shipping costs will be refunded on returns or refused packages.
All Barrels and Firearms are final sale. Non refundable. Non returnable.
